I do not understand this poem. I do not recognize the purpose of the title, nor how the lines relate to it. Can 3 lines really be a poem?
this was an entry into a Lune poetry comp. "Absinthe Minded" it received 87 reviews (thank you to the other 86! = 2x6 + 84x5) but the aforementioned x1 gave it just 1. ive been to their page today, and still there is just a blank 2 years later. this is quite obviously a troll, and we all get them, and when they are as obvious as this one, then surely they should be removed, as they have no relevance to this site. my gripe is now done (hooray!) all the best, Jem

    michaelcahill: It isn't an active member, just a great example of someone that didn't post anything but had a HUGE opinion to throw around. If you type the name in search you can fine him. -
    nor84: OK, I found the name. Standard member, not a paying one. You can send a note to the site administrator and request the review be removed. My advice would be to block standard members every time you post something. Some are good reviewers, some are like this one. Read the advanced options when you post and there's a place to block nonwriters. -

Ive been told I think too much, it's true,. but that's just the way I am. ce la vie. I did respond at the time,to the review in question, but was advised to stick to procedure -

muezza56: i'm kerfuffled and confused, i thought the most important part of writing was the creativity of the writer, rather than the grammatical rules,which although valid to a point,surely one shouldn't lose direction of what the writer is actually writing about.said he losing direction!
    adewpearl: Even though I teach the SPAG class, I completely agree that the creative component of your writing is more important. The technical side is what supports the creative side, and that is why people comment on it also in their reviews. If someone is trying to tell you spag is MORE important than creativity, they don't know what they're talking out. -
