Grasshopper2: This third place is the first win for me. I somehow screwed up and entered a contest that I had to pay for and then spend hundreds of billions of rubles to get it from page 999 to page 1. I figure it cost $63.00 for a cash prize of $14.00 split three ways! Man-o-man, I want to repeat this...NOT...LOL!
    nor84: I feel your pain. Most of the site contests, except the big ones that pay $100,have these split pots.

    However, if you pull down on contests at the top of the page, you can read the contest listing. Some of the members sponsor contests that pay the full pot to the winner. Unfortunately, most sponsors don't bother to do that. All they have to do is manipulate the template when they set up the contest. We need more winner take all contests! -
