winnona: Next month starts the NaNo writing challenge. I completed it last year and am looking forward to it this year. You have the month of November to write at least 50,000-word novel. It is fun and very challenging. |

winnona: I do not understand some reviewers. when you enter a contest and write the piece by the rules how some reviewers can tear the writing apart because you went by the rules. Do they not see the little contest entry line at the top and bottom of your piece when they read it to review it? |

winnona: Well ,I am almost done with the poetry book challenge. It has been quite a challenge for me. I have been up and down. Pulling my hair out trying to decide what to leave in and what to take out. Short syllable poems are definitely a challenge. Part of my problem was I picked too broad a subject. But it is always a learning experience. |

winnona: The stories and poetry I write are fiction. Sometimes especially in my poetry, I try to right from truth. But I wish the reviewers would stop and think before they take stars off that they are works of fiction. Also, just because the reader has never seen a baby bunny stretch and yawn or a white daffodil it doses not mean that these thins are not reall. They just have not seen them! |
