mickbey: I am senior by age, but very young as far as writing experience. I have written as a hobby since my teens, poetry, essays, and a few short stories, but I've only been writing and studying seriously for five or six years. I have participated in a couple of forums, but there was no technical reviewing, only commenting, so that aspect is new to me, and something I will have to work at developing. I self-published my first book, a poetry collection in 2011. |
