I am disabled bi polar and have chronic depression PSTD and write to preserve my sanity or what's left of it

I have a published three books of poems, they are poems in the nature of biography of my life and the abuse I sustained abuse in it. I write my life normally dotted with humour and people or animals I have come into contact with
I also dabble in short stories and write articles short stories
My command of written English is very poor and left school at 9 have no idea how to large words grammar or punctuation but hope to improve daily My muse is fickle and I can only write when suffering from stress or depression.I lived through the savage primate era of the Rhodesian war I like to help people come to terms with life am 64 and widowed
