JoAnna Lee is actually a fictional character I wrote short stories about when I was young teenager. As an adoptee, I had just begun the pursuit of locating my birthmother. Imagine my amazement when I finally met my her (some 20 years later) to discover that her brother is called Lee and his daughter's name is Joanna. Well, nearly another 15 years have passed since then, and both of my wonderful mothers.

Now 50 years of age, I have been many places in my short lifetime; physically, mentally and emotionally. Currently facing serious health conditions I feel compelled to return to my (often neglected) lifelong love of writing. I feel that I have much to say and that my own personal story needs to be told.

My hope is that you will enjoy my works and that you will take something meaningful with you as you travel along your own life path.

Remission is good! Still, I struggle to regain my life. I believe I can... if I continue to write. My FanStory friends have helped me through. Your prayers and well wishes gave me back my life.
