Writing Scrapbooking Family
I am a mother of four and grandmother of nine. Being a grandma brings me such joy! I have spent the last 23 years in education, first working with students who were Deaf, and the past 16 yrs I have worked with students who have emotional issues. My hobbies are reading, writing, scrapbooking, and spending time with family and friends. Like most of us here, I would like to be published one day. I did receive an Honorable Mention in a contest in Writers Digest. It was very exciting to see my entry and my name in print, especially in this magazine. I enjoy the challenge of rhyming poetry and short stories. I am looking forward to becoming more involved in this community of writers.
