    redrider6612: Depends what is being done to it. Step on it or drive a car on it, it crunches. Pour it and it hisses. -
    88daren: You hear a car drive away on it. More specifically the car has to turn sharply as it disembarks, and does so quickly and on loose gravel. I want to say that the sound is a tapering swish. -
    flippant: You could say that the wheels spit gravel. Or, gravel clattered like (insert analogy here). -
