PhysioRuss: Nothing happened in Saudi other than I got sunburn so I am returning back to Blighty in a little over 4 weeks!


PhysioRuss: I am moving to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia on the 3rd of September to gain some inspiration outside of Birmingham and the UK. Oh, and to start a new job too.

Looking for some help on what rhymes with sand and hot......

    PhysioRuss: Yes I do like that quote and although there is a huge debate as to whether Burke actually said it the nay sayers have never come up with a viable alternate so I am happy to attribute it to him. -


PhysioRuss: I have been asked so I am sharing the thinking behind my profile picture.

Action Man is set in the pose of Rodin's sculpture The Thinker. The juxtaposition of a classic piece of intellectual art with a child's toy is meant to signify that hopefully there is thought and depth here but that I have not fully grown up yet either. Russell

    Sally Carter: People here are mostly very kind. But I think we've all felt that insecurity at some time. It's a scary thing to let loose a bit of "you". Probably no softer place to do it, though.
