    Linda Engel: so sorry. It's bad when you have to back up and start over. BUT look for the good things.better location, meet new people , you get to clean up your house and downsize... the bad part is the expense. Hope you have someone helping you. -

    innerworlds: I own a rental property. The landlord has to have a good reason (provable in court) for an eviction if it is contested. Do you have any lawyer friends who can give you good advice? -
