Rubylou: Does anyone else still have issues with advanced editor? I am having difficulty accessing as well as going back to edit.
I was told by FS to shut down and reboot. That was over six months ago.
I am very frustrated as this is a tool of the site for which are all paying.
I have read of other members dealing with this problem.
Any suggestions???

    FanStory: There are known issues with trying to use the advanced editor with some versions of Internet Explorer. I would recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox instead if possible. -

Rubylou: It seems like I'm not able to submit a poem , not as a contest; just a write. Why? Any thoughts as to what I can do or what I'm doing wrong? This has never happened before, to me. Any help would be much appreciated. Rubylou
    nor84: First, you have to reserve a spot in the contest. Then, you post the poem to the contest BY GOING TO MY MENU AT UPPER RIGHT OF SCREEN and pulling down and then clicking 'my contests'. That will show you the contests for which you have reserved a spot. And you click there to enter your poem when it's ready.

    If you have posted a poem you meant to put in a contest, click 'contact us' at the top of the screen and explain what happened to site administration. They may be able to help. -
    Rubylou: Hi, Thanks for the thoughts but this poem is not a contest entry, just a stand-alone. I can submit if I wrote a story but I click on poem and I'm told to log in or join the membership. I'm baffled and have clicked on "contact us" but haven't heard back yet. Also messages are not current. Time will tell, I guess. -
