I was on another site that was dreadful. Lots of in-fighting and the contests, well, it wasn't good. I think the system here is very fair. Any system has it's holes, but so far, I have found this site to be encouraging. Thanks again! - | |

Couple of pointers - don't get caught up in the ratings and stars, they mean nothing outside FS and little enough in it. People are often scared to give less than five stars, because some writers get silly and worked up about it. You're spot on about constructive feedback being the thing! The other thing is, there are forums everyone can trawl around in and ask questions. One of them is Profile Thoughts, where Joy and I saw your note. There are plenty more - they're under the Profile heading of the main menu. :) - | |
