Aaron James: A friend of ours has won the local heroes award for Northern Ireland in The Pride of Britain Awards. She is an incredible woman who has raised huge amounts of charity money while herself suffering from Ovarian Cancer. She has made huge progress in raising awareness of Ovarian cancer and is so deserving of this accolade. I just wanted to share this song which she wrote and recorded as part of her fundraising activity.

Aaron James: Hi Guys, for those who have been asking after my wife, Angie...while her initial surgery seemed to go quite well she was rushed back to theatre yesterday having developed a complication with her bowel. Two major operations in just a few days is obviously difficult, but she is recovering well and is still smiling. With more chemo on the way your continued healing thoughts, prayers and crossed fingers/toes are appreciated.
    Sally Carter: I'm very sorry to hear this, after the last post I saw, when all seemed to be good. She sounds a determined lady. I hope all goes smoothly after the second op. -
