Sharrum: Sorry all. I am behind in reviews due to being in two fanstory classes right now...I will catch up soon.
    Joy Graham: How are the classes going for you, Sharrum? -
    Kelleigh: I hope they are going well...I had to leave mine due to a schedule mix up and I was crushed! -
    Sharrum: Rhyme and meter is going great just one more class on Wednesday. "Setting the scene" has been a real challenge. My family is in from out of town so I have been trying to work on class assignments in the wee morning hours and late late hours. But I do love both the classes. -


Sharrum: change is bad....why do I have such a hard time with change? I wonder...I think I feel a poem coming on...LOL

Sharrum: The site is all backwards now. Need to get use to the new format.
    Sharrum: The first think I do is hit the menu. You start reading from left to right so why would the menu be on the right?

Sharrum: Well, thought my "setting the scene" class started after rhyme and meter but they run together for 2 weeks.
    nor84: Maybe not at the same hour. Still, you might pull it off by jumping back and forth. Lessons and discussions are probably online a while. They were when I took a class.

    Sounds like a very busy two weeks. -
    shelley kaye: i'm taking the haibun class and the italian poetic forms class right now and it's working out fine :-)

Sharrum: Signed up for another class "setting the scene" after rhyme and meter class is over. Boy, I am sure going to be busy this summer. LOL

Sharrum: So excited!!! Just signed up for rhyme and meter class in June with adewpearl/Brooke. YAY!!! Who wants to join me?
    Joy Graham: I took it the last session and loved it. Brooke is a great teacher!!! -
    Sharrum: I am taking it under your recommendation Joy. You praised her so much I figured I should go ahead and do it too. Can't wait. I am bummed I have to wait until June 18th. -


Sharrum: I know to be a great writer you need to be open to feeling and expressing all your thoughts...why is that so difficult? Sometimes it just drains me.


Sharrum: Wow...just got back from my Womens Retreat and found out that I tied for first place in the Happy Poem contest.


Sharrum: Beautiful weather today in sunny Michigan


Sharrum: Love reading all the St. Patrick Day poems. Too bad there was no contest or prompt for these writers.


Sharrum: Feeling good today about getting a Blue Ribbon on my poem.

Sharrum: Well finally submitted my fiction story. I am very happy to get some good feedback. Next I will work on my non-fiction.


Sharrum: Well, I reserved a spot in a contest for a non-fiction story...I am at a loss for what to write about. My fiction story has come along slow but almost ready to post. My difficulty is getting the reader to identify with what I am writing about. Describing people and places. But I think I am almost there
    Bellydanser: Think back to a time in your life when something impacted you deeply, good or bad. That's always a good place to start for non-fiction. -
