Interests
Writing, sailing, travel
Yachtwork is a highly acclaimed marine engineer. Scott served as Chief Engineer on the Earthrace project that currently holds the round the world speedboat record. Scott and his wife Allison have lived aboard their sailing yacht traveling the world for the last 22 years.

I have a series of small time books out including one about the adventure of the round the world race with Team Earthrace.

Even though most of my writing is of a technical nature my favorite writing is telling the stories of the many interesting characters I meet in my daily work.

I was born dyslexic and this shows in most of my posts. Even so I try to allow my content to overcome my spelling.

I spend the majority of my off time sailing, writing, enjoying my new home country of New Zealand. My wife and I sailed our homebuilt yacht across the Pacific in 2004 after many voyages between Alaska and South America.

All of my stories are based on real life experiences that have been expanded for fiction.
