jclark: This is the first Mothers Day without our beautiful daughter. She passed away on April 23rd after her courageous battle with appendiceal cancer. Lisa was a wonderful mother and Ryan, 19, is proof of that. She ruled with an iron fist but did so with love, humor and respect. As we continue to heal and put one foot in front of the other, we will continue to feel a huge void in our family. Our lives have been changed forever. Happy Mothers Day sweet Lisa. We are so thankful that you are in God's home now and no longer suffering. See you in the stars. |

jclark: As my 43 year old daughter battles cancer and faces surgery in a couple of weeks, I would greatly appreciate each of you visiting her website at www.team-Lisa.org and signing her guest book. You can read her entire story there and I know she appreciates all the kind prayers and words of support. Thank you, FS friends. |

jclark: My husband and I spent an interesting February. The week we were to leave on our wonderful cruise, he slipped on the ice and brok a rib! No worries though, we still left on the cruise because (according to him) "I can heal as well sitting in the sun drinking margaritas as I could at home" Enough said. Off we went armed with percosett and pain patches and had a marvelous time. Three days after we got home, I ended up in the hospital with pneumonia in both lungs. Needless to say, we were most happy to see the month end and, so far, March has been most pleasant and uneventful. I do hope to be much more active on FS now. |
