* He is a soon to be sixty-nine year old male residing in Northern Virginia
* He dropped out of high school at 17 to become a Marine (Semper Fi ya'll)
* Notwithstanding the lack of a high school diploma, he has degrees from the U of Wisconsin and The George Washington University; and he studied American history (post-grad) at Marquette U
*He was a large-scale systems acquisition expert in DoD and civilian agencies of the Federal Govt., and a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM)
* He did some competitive power lifting in the late 60s and early 70s with a 3rd place in the Wisconsin state championship (1968) and a 4th place finish in the NJ state championship in 1973
* His interests are: Sci-tech and sci-fi (esp. robotics, genetics, archaeology, time travel); Philosophy and religion; History; the fate of our world, our country, and humankind; and writing (poetry, short stories, novels, essays).

* He can't imagine a day without research and writing.
