Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
Old, worn out, broken.

Broken

by livelylinda

like an engine in an old car
which someone drove way too far,

like an antique grandfather clock
which gets tired, worn out and stops,

I am broken

thousands of pounds at 30,000 feet
airplane's engines can no longer beat

crash debris glued back together
but lives remain broken forever

my spirit is waning
life blood is draining

I am broken
