Trapped in the thunder of an angry outburst,
However faint.

Recovery is noticing the exquisite silk thread
Woven into even the roughest fabric,
And embracing it's intrinsic value.

Recovery is sharing our pain and our joy
Our failures and successes,
With at least one other human being.

And recovery is putting each day to rest
Unbridled by resentment or regret,
Freeing up, our spirit.
