Climate Change

"... this year nothing but cloud and rain
a busted summer for a scientist’s dream
added seven percent to a global market
where for ten it would be their heaven
For now this is a home on the range
they thought the weather was perfect
Who is the man the financier the god
a fat goose with a golden wod
we wanted low cut tops and frayed shorts
they just blamed it on a climate change
Next year is not going to bring the same 
we’re having drought sunshine and ice cream
watch the man struggle with one point
we’re just going to relax and party
wind our old records and dance
Our hedonistic dream was torn apart
for a lonely wallet and fish farms
Give us a Mediterranean summer
warmth and love sent from above
low cut tops and frayed shorts
we’ll just blame it on a
climate change ... "
