Rachel Jamerson is a widow with three children, eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She lives in Southwest Virginia and is retired from an accounting career.
I have always wanted to instill in others the desire for knowledge. People should think about their lives, analyze their beliefs and why they believe them and employ critical thinking concerning their choices.
Writing from a personal genre (unlike an autobiography), my writing is shaped by a narrow focus on specific life experiences.
I thank God for my time here on earth. I have known much joy and sorrow, but I wouldn?t change anything if I could. The path I have traveled has made me who I am. Along the way, I had the incredible privilege of bearing three babies, loved a less-than-perfect man, and came to know my creator God. I have watched my children's children grow up and birth children of their own. I have labored to support my earthly family as well as my spiritual family. I followed the casket of my life partner to the hillside, where he now waits for me. My efforts were far from perfect, but I don't regret a single day.
