Pj Dennison: I am a novice writer. I just started writing in August 2020 but have always had a storyline and characters playing out in my imagination. I served 33 years in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Officer and my writing experience consists of writing summaries and analytical reports for higher commands. These reports had to sometimes be predictive and based upon some technical data and in the active voice. Therefore, I am aware I tend to describe and tell to much in my writing and need to dialogue more. I so appreciate the comments from the reviewers and try to go back in an edit my stories the best that I can. I served four combat tours in Iraq and was wounded in combat my last tour so I have some challenges that can make writing mentally and physically challenging but at the same time it has become the best therapy I've had in numerous ways. I love reading your stories, poems and viewing your artwork. Everyone is so amazingly talented. I appreciate the community here and wish everyone well.
