This means so much to me... I feel like I have just won an Oscar or a Grammy or something! I thank you all so very much. Everyone who commented in my post, everyone who voted... I thank you so very much. Suffering is something that hurts my soul. I went deep, to a place I had never gone before and when I saw the images and the articles about the hunger crisis, they brought out the words that I penned for this poem. Tears came to my eyes when I wrote the words and tears came to my eyes when I read the reviews. This is a real situation that is happening now and all I want is to see how I can make a difference. - | ||

Sandra Elizabeth Williams: Words flow from the well of creativity in us to tell stories in the form of poetry that gets the world's attention. |
