writing, crafting, movies, storytelling to myriad grandchildren
WritingGranny1 is a woman who made up and told stories to her 6 children as they grew up, but never wrote any of them down. Now she tells stories to her 25 grandchildren. She didn't realize she had a gift for writing until, at the age of 55, she enrolled in her local community college and earned her associate degree in Creative Writing. She then went on and received a certificate in novel writing at the University of Toledo. WritingGranny1 is a dead ringer for Mrs. Santa Claus, but underneath that mild, jolly exterior lurks a very twisted psyche. Her love of Horror, Mystery and SciFi is very much evident in her writings. When she is not writing, she is taking care of her multitude of grandchildren, crafting leather wall hangings or creating portraits in graphite. Her other talents lie in crafting bone chokers, Dream Catchers, and Native American War Masks.
