    kleck140: Thanks a bunch.
You are giving me a Masters in English when I never went to high school. And all the Creative Writing courses I took via Internet, weren't as helpful. You are my angel in this process.
I am trying to get here more often, but my med schedule keeps me busier than a 40 hour weekly job. I had a stroke in 1976, cancer in 1996, and kidney failure in 2016, now I need to conquer this that 2016 one too. Things happen in three lumps I am told. But every twenty years isn't easy but manageable. Thanks again for your support.
I am sure glad God sent you my way. Fondly EL -

Helen Bach: Yayyy Always lovely to see the finest poem win. Well done x -
WalkerMan: You are so sweet! Thank you. I feel truly honored by the response from everyone, and especially so from you. I had not, until the results came out, realized that you were the author of 'Happy Dog' and thus a rival in this contest. Your response to my review of that poem shows your strength of character, which I admire. Consider this reply a virtual hug. If you were within reach, I'd make it a real one. -- Mike
