My new photo is a "selfie" and my name is Marilyn D.F. Boire, under the pen name of BeasPeas (after my mother, named Bea, who also wrote). I'm an artist and writer who loves to sing. My art is contemporary. Although I like to paint in oils and watercolor, my favorite medium is 3D, making constructs and assemblage/collage.

So far I've lived in 6 states, MA, NY, TN, CA, WI, and now MI. In the '60s I traveled the world as an airline stewardess for PanAm. I have two wonderful kids, a son and daughter. I'm an animal-rights advocate and, therefore, a vegetarian. Thank you for reading. Marilyn
