braham20191: There is a readership building up around 'Bombay Swastika' and I am very gratified. Bombay Swastika is a tale of two cities. Berlin during the war and Bombay after Indian Independence. It weaves in a story about Berlin not many know: how a small Jewish population survived in the heart of Hitler's Germany, amazingly left alone by the Nazis. When the narrative takes us to Bombay, it is already 1964, the year India commissioned its nuclear-fuel reprocessing plant. Bombay Swastika is based around actual events, and a magical love story that takes place in a radioactive suburb of Bombay. Thank you all. |
