Rubypond: Hello! Apparently, I created a profile many years ago here and never engaged and I don?t know why, nor do I recall. I have been writing all my life, but never pursued publication until a few years back when I found an online writing group and met a lot of other like-minded individuals. I am 57 years old, married with two almost completely grown children. Since, finding the online writing world, I have managed to have a few works published in anthologies. A flash fiction, short story and several poems. I am working on a novel and several other smaller projects of prose, along with trying to find poetry and short story challenges to inspire and keep my creative juices flowing. I am forever grateful to the online friends and mentors that I have met in the past several years and look forward to many more. Also, the quality of writes I?m seeing on this site has particularly piqued my interest. I can tell that I will be inspired, impressed and awed by the postings here as I have been already.
