Jack Cole is a musician whose goal in life is to help people realize what life is about through music and poetry. Mainly writing music in the alternative-rock catorgory, he doesn't write to impress; he writes to fulfill a personal need. By putting experiences onto paper he can, in his own way, make it through this mortal coil. And also help others to do so in the process. He believes that everyone could use an open opinion about life and life's experiences. "Life is about living, not getting by" he says. "There are situations and moments in life that we must look at and learn from. There is no purpose in merely traveling from point a to point b unless one analyses the journey." There are many things Jack thinks that everyone should take seriously, and life in general is definitely one of them. Jack is presently: a member of the band 'washout', going to school for his teaching degree, and working on a book of poems to be released later this year.
