Scribelle: I want to compliment my fellow writers and artists. I have noticed a lot of growth in our writing, and critiquing is such a pleasure these days.

I read the critiques carefully to see what other writers can add to my skills so that I can become a better writer. But WOW! I am seeing some wonderful writing from my fellow writers. I just had to share my high esteem of you all. Many compliments to you!

For those who have read Scribelle's work before, you know that she periodically goes offline for awhile with spinal injuries and fibromyalgia plus a long list of other chronic illnesses. She is always thrilled to come back online to FS!

Scribelle She is a 50+ retired home-educator who is partially housebound. This, of course, means she loves to read as well as write! She is a mother of two young adults in whom she finds much enjoyment.

She has two rescued dogs to refill her nest which is partially empty. They are ornery, but she enjoys training them and teaching them how to enjoy life, as most rescued dogs have a sad past. She has also recently acquired two rescued cats. Her home is overflowing! She loves it! She also enjoys music of almost every genre.

She enjoys genres which reveal, or explore facets of the human experience. This can be internal such as emotions or external such as a dystopian sci fi novel. :)

She is a poet who also enjoys stories and has been writing poems since she was 15. Poetry just calls to her, yet she enjoys many forms of writing.

She also loves to knit, albeit with more enthusiasm than skill.

Although her real name is Susan, she also uses "Sue". Her online name is Scribelle, as it reflects a desire to write beautiful words.

In her photo onto this site, you will find a brunette who wears cancer wigs and can transform into a redhead or blonde at a moment's notice. Yes, she can find fun and humor in the strangest of situations, and she loves to laugh! (SIX! year survivor plus survivor of multiple chronic illnesses) Still smiling 'cuz life is good!

Limp and laugh both start with the same letter, and both fill my life!

Her name is Susan H. McIntyre, and recently had her wish come true to publish. Being disabled does not have to be unable!

She has recently published a poetry collection entitled "Orphan Dreams". She has also published a humorous chronicle of chronic illness entitled "Life in the Theater of the Absurd". Although it is humorous, the ideas in it are serious in the quest to live victoriously.

She is currently working on her third book, a poetry anthology.
