Whimsical Creations: Standing in the forest green,
felt the rustle of the breeze.
Greatly as the billows roll,
Mother Nature claims her toll.
Lifeless creatures all around,
as they lay upon the ground.
Seeping through the forest bed,
streams of blood that had been shed.
Twisted vines that did not falter,
tried to overtake her alter.
As I stood upon her path,
she has spared me from her wrath.
I have wept for many years,
for the sadness I have seen.
Bowed my branches to the ground,
given homage to my queen.
Weeping willow I am he,
standing in the forest green.
