Writing cookbooks, formulating new recipes, and baking all night at work with nobody to bug me.

paulap54 is embarking on her fourth career in 53 years on the planet. At age 21, with a 14 month old daughter in tow, she began working as an RN in Texas, continuing in that field until she was 43. While working in a NYC suburb, burnout took over, and she walked away from a job making $30 dollars an hour. A new start, washing dishes in a Dallas restaurant for minimum wage, was what she needed while attending Culinary School. Her first grandson was born four days before she graduated from cooking school. She baked full time for eight years, until her body shouted, "Are you NUTS"
Now, she makes fresh Mozzarella Cheese at an upscale market in Plano, Texas.
In her spare time, she is an avid baseball fan, judges bull riding, (there is no more beautiful sight than a cowboy in skin tight jeans headin' south!), and supports the Dallas Stars Hockey Club.
Her cookbook, "Legacy for America's Daughter" is in limited release. It honors the women of America's Military, and Homeland Security Forces. May God bless the son's and daughter's of America, the freedom they protect, and the memory of all the souls lost fighting terrorism.
