Brewbob is...many things.

A retired Air Force veteran who was an aircrew member on the C-141 Starlifter and C-121 Constellation, an Emergency Room technician in Vietnam from 1968 to 1969, was assigned to the Pentagon in the early 1990s, yada yada yada.

Also found time to be a consumer finance rep in New York City (hmmm, a lot of first-person essays there), a respiratory therapist, an IBM mid-range programmer, a stock and options trader (don't try that at home), a railroad track repair crewman, and a warehouseman (got to drive the forklift!).

I was proud of my high school diploma, but my wife forced me to go back to school and I have a B.S. in Human Resources Management and a M.A. in Aviation Management.

My hobbies include an interest in virtually everything, but primarily in the sciences and history.

Due to the aging process, I also engage in strength training and do a fairly good job. I also love cycling with my mountain bike in the good months (the two week interruption of ski season here in Central New York).

I particularly enjoy writing Sci-Fi stories, humor and some nonfiction. My goal is to get published so I can join the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.

I'm married, have two children and five granddaughters. Yes, females are taking over!
