Dixie is 64 years old. She started her journey of writing poetry and song lyrics just a couple of years ago. She has 13 published poems and 7 songs that have demos made. (She is uneducated, her writings is plain and ordinary.)She is trying to better herself and loves fanStory for all its lovely people who give their honest opinion and helps her with her English, her worse grade in school.(8th grade educated) She loves to read so finds fanStory a nice place to spend part of her day.
She is a retired drapery MFC. And interior decorator.
She has a lovely family of 3 children, 13 grand children, 12 great grandchildren. Very blessed with parents still living. Her greatest influence. A believer in a true living God. Knows her talent was given to her by the grace of God.

She Wants to thank all who read her work and accepts all comments as a guide to better herself.
