I don't know why I keep missing a chapter, Misty, I must keep a good eye out. This was a good chapter. You really know these people and how they live, suffer, are bullied, and why the bully is a bully. Now we are left wondering about this piano teacher, but they have to go somewhere else, and that means the little girl can't show them where the other child lives. Well done, this was a great chapter. I'm now off to the other one. :)) Sandra xx

Thank you so much for reading my chapter and for such an encouraging review. I post on Sunday so maybe that's why you miss it. Kevin does a quick interview with the girl. He figures the others can fill him in that it's better to ask for forgiveness than permission.
Thank you again for reading my chapter all your support, encouragement, and friendship. It always means a lot to me, take care.

The judge being in a sticky situation could mean a lot of things, some good, some bad. But either way, just someone knowing he's in a sticky situation is bad enough. LOL. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Mistydawn, a terrific Tuesday to you, I hope this finds you well. I enjoyed reading your story, I liked the child characters the most, I think they were written well. If I can find the time I will have to read it from the beginning. Will they go ask penny some questions or go help Mr. Washington? Guess I will have to keep reading to see. Good job and have a great day!

Happy Tuesday to you, as well. Thank you so much for reading my chapter, I'm so glad you liked it. The children were fun to write for, create. Mr. Washington isn't going anywhere, lol. Well, I guess he will be taking a stroll down humiliation street.

What a gripping story with dialogue that is realistic and doesn't just do an information dump. A story holds us more when we read the dialogue without tags, I think it helps get the reader more involved as if in real time. You seem to have a solid grasp of writing keys to hold my feeble attention span.

This is a very interesting story and I am enjoying it. I am looking forward to the next chapter. I find it interesting that this story is set in Atlanta since it is city that I've been in a lot.

Thank you so much for your kind, encouraging review. I'm so glad you're continuing to enjoy the chapter. What did you think about Atlanta? I'd like to visit the Centenial Olympic Park, in person. I've visited through satellite, google and it looks amazing. There's a museum I want to see too, lol. The houses are gorgeous, but very costly. The retirement center I wrote about, I wouldn't mind living there at all, lol.

Atlanta is an interesting city but I wouldn't want to live there and I had driving through it. I have friends and relatives who live in the small towns on the outskirts. If I go anywhere by plane it is the nearest place but the airport is the busiest in the world I think. There are some gorgeous old houses there.

Very well done. I have always enjoyed your writing, but you have really improved your style. This is a little harder to read as I really hate child predators. I have always thought they should get the death penalty. What kind of reprobate do you have to be to do this? Anyway, well done dear.

Thank you so much for reading my chapter and your nice compliment. This is a hard subject for many, this writer included, but it'll be worth it if I can raise awareness, save a child's life. You're right, they should get the death penalty.

These guys think their money and power will protect them. Sometimes it does, but sometimes things blow up on them. Maybe one of the kids will have the courage to talk. The only problem is the punishment they get isn't nearly enough, and they're back at it in a couple of years.

thank you so much for reading my chapter. Hopefully, someone will speak up. You're right the punishment isn't harsh enough and for everyone put away two more takes their place.

Hello Mistydawn.

It's difficult to know which is true sometimes when different children are talking about the same subject. All of them have a different impression of things that happened. Some of them want to maintain a relationship with older person because of security.

I think it would be difficult as a police officer to really be able to dig down into the truth. The dialogue and investigation procedure narrative is well done.

Robert

Thank you so much for reading my chapter. You're right, it is difficult. Some are to scared to tell. Afraid of what might happen if they do, afraid of what others might think, being branded.

Poor kids are bullied in so many ways. I am interested in the investigation. I hope they find what they are looking for. I can't wait to read the next chapter.

Thank you so much for reading my chapter. It's a shame he had to give up something he liked because of bullying. Toni believes something is fishy and she is like a bull dog doesn't let things go easily.

Thank you so much for reading my chapter and your kind review. I imagine it is very frustrating not getting anywhere on your investigation. Especially when your gut is saying he's guilty, but you can't prove it.
