This is awesome. I can relate to this one. If calories could only talk or scream before my lips. Would dare to pinch and swallow them and slither to my hips. Seemed like only yesterday I looked so trim and stunning. Love this. Great work. The photo is priceless ð???

I agree with you--the best way to avoid temptation is to yield to it! Your illustration is curious--does the one hour off and one hour on refer to the band aids around the mouth?1?

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! The band-aids are just referring to trying to keep all the "good" food from being eaten. My final conclusion was to "Compromise" my eating habits (sort of 50-50 diet plan)... So my diet's "on" for an hour and then it's "off" for the next. Oh, if you only knew how well I relate to this! I make resolutions that I'll not eat this, won't eat after a certain time at night, won't drink wine for a month, or any other damn thing that I never stick to. I totally LOVE your idea of an hour on and an hour off. I could do that!
This poem really tickled my funny bone, not to mention that it was really well put together, but I felt the humour in it, laughed out loud at the end of it, and overall, it's just an exceptionally joyful poem to read! Good luck!
