This poem speaks a thoughtful viewpoint comparing both heaving waves of the sea and brooding minds draw debris; well said, well done; thanks for sharing this. ALCREATOR

Sanku,
Love the image of brooding mind draws debris -for that is true.
The problem one is left with is...
How does the mind rid itself of the mind garbage/debris.
Would that it would go out on the next "tide" of thinking.
Great job with this.

This is a beautiful 6 word metaphor likening the psychology of brooding to a vacuum-cleaner effect of the ocean waves. Both bring in the debris. Debris, as used here, could be seen positively or negatively depending on the way one looks at it. Vacuuming and assembling debris is a good thing. Cleans things up. Must be done regularly to keep things tidy. But one can also dredge up harmful or unwanted things. Which could be helpful, or not, depending.
Inspires contemplation. Amazing matching photo and lovely shade of penetrating blue used to emphasize text.
Well done!
Lucy

The mood of this poem is thoughtful and somewhat dark. The picture is a fitting complement. You make a statement using only six words, as required for the contest. Good luck.

Excellent poem that draws a comparison between the action of waves and the consequences of a brooding mind - they both attract debris, things or thoughts that have little worth. I like the way you've put each "thing" on a separate line. It helps the reader see the comparison very quickly. The picture is perfect for it, as well.
Great poem!

Good simile and potent theme (highly relevant in today's times)....and well voiced with strong word economy and fine alliteration for emphasis. Nice presentation too, dear friend. I also applaud the consonance of V and B.
Namaste,

Well, now that's more said in six words than all these politicians and even educators say in a blathering paragraph or more -- Yes!! both not only draw debris, but they dump it on their surroundings (land and people... sigh). Thanx for sharing such a thought-provoking six words for today - good luck! ;)
