Great chapter! Looks like the Breedline have a new sinister villian to deal with. Hopefully they can take it out before it kills again.
Your characters are described to be realistic. You are very talented with that. Looking forward to the next chapter.

We seemingly don't possess the were with all, to be absolutely truthful and wise with a situation, Solomon was give that, but yet he indulged in fleshly lusts, and so do we. So sorry I'm just now getting back to you. I did not have good internet at the campsite.
Yes, Jace does have so much hatred for Sebastian. Although he will later see that he is not judge or jury. Only God has that right. I'm glad you brought that up. I wanted Jace to find some type of forgiveness later on in the book.

Excellent

Over great! I loved it. However, I think there may be a few mechanical errors throughout. Just a misplaced period, errant comma, etc. Not too egregious and easily remediable. Also, "whether or not" was included and I think it would be more consistent with the sure tone of the story to say "as if weighing whether he should tell the rest." Thanks for sharing.

What a mess using beats to kill or try to kill one as deadly if not deadlier than them. A lot can go wrong with this idea. Your chapter is very well-written, interesting start to finish. Your characters, their thoughts action, and dialogue seem natural. Like always, I look forward to reading more.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I was most of the week camping and the internet there was terrible. I'm thrilled you enjoyed this chapter. The Breedline always have to figure out how they are going to fight the dark side. It's so much fun creating adventures for my characters.

I like the way you have hinted at what could be fore coming scenes. Laying out plans and relationships, as well as characters and their abilities. It sets up what will only lead to exciting reading. I think the artwork is great. Love the story line.
