A delightful, descriptive Terza Rima Yvonne about Nature's blowing of the petals, the seeds until they find a spot just right for them. I loved this one, though I'm not up to the challenge of Potlatch yet, have enjoyed reading them.
cheers,
valda

Lovely Terza Rima celebrating the wonderful 'circle of life' in the forest... but you've made it so much more with the beautiful metaphors and gentle emotions you've woven into the vision -- thanx for sharing! ;) Yvette

Beautiful terza rima. I like how you handled the rhyme. It reads very smoothly. Excellent imagery such as the petals whispering and the vines blowing their horns. You describe a celebration of new life. Great choice of the picture with the delicately colored flowers. judi

Lovely, Yvonne. :) Your Terza sonnet meets the eye of this reader and I wondered... "How she do it?" The birth of the young written in the metaphor language of the leaves. Then again, you may be speaking about the leaves and how their seed brings up new trees. :) Either way, I like it. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Yvonne, I love this Terza Rima poem with a theme of hope and optimism for the future. New seeds are blown about giving birth to new growth when nature comes back to life after a winter's sleep. I liked your poem and a lot. Ulla:)))

This poem answers the potlatch challenge. It shows how nature renews itself. It reminds me of the white blossoms of the flowering crab apple trees falling.
Keep writing and stay healthy

This is just elegant, my friend. Those of us who have written this form (or tried to) know how difficult it can be to hold the rhyme, the form and a cohesive theme and STILL move the reader! This accomplishes all of that and more! Speaks to the circle of life...maybe we need to be reminded of that right now.--Karenina
