Amen! I see your faith in this poem. It's not a faith that idolizes the works of man nor requires doctrines of preachers and priests. You believe in Jesus and the Bible says, that's all required that we believe that Jesus is Lord and and confess this with our lips just like you did with this poem. Best wishes in the contest!

A very well-written poem about having faith is the only thing that is really important to have to enter the enternal life God has planned for us. When we have faith we will obey the laws and commandments of God.

I like your theme of faith being personal and talking to God at home. "His spirit walked with me at birth" is a great line that impacts your words. I also admire your use of rhyming words that give a smooth flow to your words.

This is a Beautifully written poem. Portrays great faith in god. I really like this part. His love I cherish every day his spirit walked with me at birth. Some day I hope to see his smile as he opens the door for me. Very nice read.
