Exciting from the beginning to the end. Well written and great descriptions. The conversations between characters seem believable and real. Great writing! Looking forward to the next chapter.

Great second part to the 1st part! So now that Tara made it safe into the Breedline hands, I wonder what they will do next. Sounds like they all have another evil villain to deal with. Can't wait to see what happens next!
Super writing my friend.

I'm so glad she's alright and that it was those two who found her. Anyone else would probably think she was nuts, commit her to a psych ward. Your story is very well-written, interesting, very realistic start to finish. I look forward to reading more.

Yes, Tara is lucky the Breedline came along at the right time. But the creature will not give up, unfortunately. Stay tuned!
Thanks so much for all your support. You make a difference!

As usual you are very descriptive, your imagery is first class, the fact that Lawrence and Roman turned up in the "nick" of time, is another story, that weaves itself decoursely into your brilliantly imaginative stories, it seems you have an endless supply of creativity, but then why not? Well done, excellent post. Roy

Glad you enjoyed. This chapter is actually from the book The Immortal. I had to take a break from The Curse to go back and re-edit my previous books. Plus, I'm getting them all republished with another company. My previous one is not turning in my royalties. But, I'm getting back to writing in The Curse.
Thanks for taking the time to read my chapter. I appreciate your review.
Sincerely,
Shana :)

A very heart rendering chapter - the saving of Tara, and then her having to recall the previous incident. Each scene flowed smoothly into the next. I especially like Tara's descriptions of her rescuers. Good, vivid pictures to accentuate your words.

The novel looks like it could be interesting though perhaps I can see some plotlines ahead (romance, danger, Tara being a breedline...)
The plot seems to be an action thriller transposed to the urban fantasy genre.
I think you need give a bit of attention to the dialogue and I am not sure a Tara would be that composed and able to recount events that lucidly.
Will the makes of car or the particular hospital be significant further along in the book?

Well done Grove. I thought the additions of the Colbert and Kincaid characters were a great idea because to me they seem to give Tara a false sense of assurance as if they tell her all the things that they know would comfort her when in reality they have plans to exploit her trust in them. Thought the descriptions of Tara losing her breath and becoming panicked by the memories of Brandon were very well written. Great job with this piece.

I like and have enjoyed the read of the fantastic supernatural part 2 of the realistic taletelling of the novel, Wolf Man, the skimmed plot development, appropriate and contributory dialogues; good beginning and humane ending; well said, well done; thanks for sharing this. ALCREATOR
