Amen! I hope one day - we will stop talking about race and see everyone as the same. It does feel like a "country under siege" as no leader is going there to encourage good communication between the groups. Best wishes in the contest!

This is a timely socio-political etheree with a moral at the end that delivers a punch in 10 syllables. I think you did a good job adhering to the syllable count. Caught some end rhymes and internal rhymes. Thanks for sharing today.
