A beautiful love story! It has to be fate, written with the Lord's own hand for everything good to happen. What would be the chances of talking with someone who lives in Canada and is also Romanian? Beautiful! Good luck with the contest!

I like the humor in this story and how you and your husband meant for each other in the end. It is a nice love story.

This is a very interesting story. How amazing that you met a fellow Romanian while pretending ;your were from Kansas. I think God or one of his special angels has fun arranging such unlikely matches. Great story for the contest.

This is a cute and clever story and also fun that it is true. I know that the language barrier creates some of the grammar issues but it creates a break in the smoothness of the story. Nicely done. Lucky cats. :)

( 'Snow White from Kansas' ) At that time(,) I was still in Romania, and marriage was not on my To Do List.
One day, this guy started to talk with me, and we were having so much fun talking that we decided to see each other again, virtually(,) of course. I told him about my free trial and also that my account will
( would) expire in a few days.
We talked for one year, and then I got mad and
break ( broke ) up with him.
I was thinking that he is too old for me, (no comma) and moved on.
I was tired of going to the Internet Cafe every weekend,(no comma-- add-- and being glued) glued to a computer for several hours. I hated that place (with) to many people smoking inside and no privacy.
I was running out of my Thyroid 9thyroid) medication that he was smuggling in the country from North America.
Synthroid is used only in USA and Canada. I was panicking and started searching for someone( who) that was living over there.
I contacted him,( no comma) and asked for help. He told me that he can't get it without a prescription. I didn't believe him, but now I know you can't get 9 medications)thing without prescription.(prescriptions)
I told him to let me know when ( he was) is back in Romania so I can return the money. He came later that year (for a visit). We never meet(met) in person, so when he arrived and (I) saw him(,) I just wanted to drop the money and run.
Somehow he started to talk, and I just forgot about how (delete how) his looks and let myself be touched by his soul. I guess, God knew better!
In 2009(l,) I moved to Canada. In 2011(,) we had together(delete together) our first baby girl - a beautiful cat. And(delete And --Then one . . .) then one month later we got the boys, two tabby kitties that helped us a little (to overcome the burden of our loss.)) beat with burden of our loss.
We are not perfect, but God knew that we were meant to be together with beautiful kitties.
