Nice entry for the 3-5-3 writing prompt contest. Good syllable count and connection between lines. Pretty presentation. The poem flows well. I think you give good advice, we all need to destress.

Certainly the best piece of advice as the years progress!! ;) You know, the whole 'minimalist approach' is the prominent view of the younger generations... it's refreshing and confounding in that they really don't keep things such as 'mementos' anymore... Great offering for the contest! ;) Thanx for sharing and best of luck! ;)
