Doodles...a sort of art? And a means to explain and discover the workings of our minds? Mmmm, interesting! I never thought of that. I loved the doodles I saw in the illustration, colored and all. They are all very well drawn and recognizable. Makes me think that they are done by a professional (your daughter?). Mine are less revealing, just many straight lines, circles and curls, clouds, infantile houses and trees and little figures with arms and five fingers.

I liked reading this essay.

Never deprecate any thing you do; there are many people that will do it for their own gratification.

Every one is presumed innocent under the law.
I presume you are under estimating your by talents.

If the doodle is somewhat abstract, most people would hesitate to say the don't get it.

If the ask, tell them it is from the "sub rosa" period. They will cover their ignorance by saying, "that is really good." Fun, fun,...

I admire anyone who can draw because my artwork looks like something a four-year-old did and that's on my good days with me trying. I can see how art-therapy can help how it could release thoughts trapped in your subconscious. This is a very interesting piece. I love your artwork.

I always doodle to pass the time if ever I was bored, particularly when I was at school, although really I should have been concentrating on the class. An informative piece, I enjoyed reading it.
