My goodness, Lisa!
You have encapsulated all of the descriptions I can think of to proffer a creative definition of poet! I had to smile with "pretentious or profound," as I have read one or two such offerings on this site!
I also appreciate the fact that you chose to write your offering as an Acrostic = my nemesis!

Nice entry for the acrostic contest. You went above and beyond using multiple words of each letter in each line.

This is really good! It covers a wide array of facets of poetry. Your artwork looks like an exciting explosion of emotion, so its fitting. I could see this as an intro to a poetry book. You fulfilled the requirements of the prompt, so well done:)

That's a good suggestion to use this as a poetry book introduction. I really must start compiling a book - heaven knows I write enough of the stuff!
