I truly love this poem. It's sweet and has a comfy feeling to it. Your descriptive words gives the reader a clear picture of where the two of you could grow old together. Good luck with the contest!

A very moving piece. This reads like a dream many lovers have of escaping the complexities and burdens of modern living, that steal away our time and sanity. Oh, if only the two of us could go to place where we could live the simple life and just love the way nature intended.

Yes, I'm thinking of kidnapping my husband. I can hardly wait for some normal activities, but for some reason I sense it is far off. A very different year. Escaping to the bedroom will have to do. ;)
