A very well-written story about how things we lost that make us feel defeated often are replaced by something else that bring back the joy in our lives and it us not always how we expect it to happen

This is a nice story with a wonderful moral about having faith and trust in Jesus. I especially like the ending: "... adventure ahead, my kitties."
I fell that the story could flow better. At first it sounded like your father and Pisa died in 2016 - but it turns out that is when your Dad got sick and Pisa did not pass until years later. The timing is unimportant to the point you are trying to make, that, miraculously, good things happened in your time of need. I would remove the references to dates.
Also, the word "virtually" threw me for a loop in the first reference. At first I thought you meant the literal meaning, which is almost but not quite. Much later it became clear you met the kitten on-line. It was confusing to me the way you switched back and forth.

I like the story. The author shows her feelings and emotions of her love for her father and her cat. She accepts reality and moves on to give her love to two new kitties. Good luck with the contest.

Quite a story, Iza, you certainly had a difficult year. The loss of a father, even though you knew it was coming, and then the loss of a cherished pet is still heart bending. I lost my mother only a few months ago, I had a love-mostly hate relationship with her, but death's final verdict, brings the love forward. The miracle of the kitties is something to grab onto, I understand that. It's a life boat on a troubled sea.

On your page I would set your type, a size down, when it's that big, the kerning is tight and hard to read. I would go 14. Bye for now. Brad

Thank you so much Mr. Brad and I am so sorry for your loss. No matter our relationship with our parents, once they are gone we can't make amendments and certainly we can bring them back.

It's always great to hear the personal stories of those who illustrate this theme that when God closes one door, he opens another. What's great about this is that you tell these stories of visiting your dad and finding new kittens with so much detail that the moments come alive for us and we can share them with you. estory

First of all, Iza, I'm sorry for the loss of your beloved Dad and the kitty Pisa. Yes, they are with Go. You told your story well. I'm thrilled you were able to adopt the 2 kitties. I know how much they mean to you. God sent them to you. Your story is great although so poignant.

new adventures that awaits [ await ]
the cat run away [ran ]
a miracle will {would ] happen

Thanks for sharing. Best wishes.
Respectfully, Jan
