Such a strong and so very melodic testimony of faith, Roy -- sometimes it's so very good to receive reminders in those gentle tones... ;) :) Thanx for sharing! ;) Yvette

We have the Bible and the example that Jesus showed us while He was on Earth. We have plenty of manuals to follow, yet still mess up. But God's grace covers us. Thank you for sharing.

I agree that God has planned each future path, as you write. Christ fulfills needs and eases fears. I'm glad you mentioned mothers and fathers, because they have so much to do with a child's future. You don't need that comma after Dad in the second stanza. Your flow with these lines is very smooth, and rhyme is excellent and doesn't sound forced. judi

A very well-written heartfelt poem about the plans God has for us. We cannot change the plans and He will decide which if our requests He will grant if it is in our best interest He will allow it.

That council is something spoke before all was made. Let us make man in our image and likeness. We are tried , shaped, broken, molded in to His image. That is and will be the beginning and the End.
Your poem declares this to me.

Wonderful verses and may "truth fill our flight" because He Who has promised is faithful and will be with us always.
One suggestion:
"Your blessed because of Jesus Christ, what " (You're)

You did a great job, Roy, describing how Jesus will be there always for true believers. Your lines flow smoothly with good rhymes and great imagery. Our lives are planned by Him , but we can, and do, make choices--some good, some bad. But in the end He will receive all if we ask. Your notes are informative and pertinent to your words.
Thanks for sharing.
Respectfully, Jan

This poem, "Message" has got to be a six banger, so full of truth, Brother Roy. I really like the passages in your Notes. I thought of others along the same line of thought, FI=Rom. 8:28, Eph.210

No matter how grand our plans are, they cannot succeed if we leave God out of the picture. He plants in our hearts seeds of hope and thoughts of peace when we read His Word.

Yes, Roy,
I myself still find out that God has plans for each one of us, why---
We must remember God's plan for us is not our plan. God's plan for us is far larger and better than any plan we can imagine.
