Yes, only 8 left to do. It's been fun doing all the research and then writing it in a way everyone, no matter their age, will understand the facts. Excellent work, as usual. Lots of fun facts and interesting information. You might want to look at the second sentence in your Climate Change section. You have "With the warmer weather, the ice is melting and exposing the water." You might consider "the ice melts and exposes the water." Good work Sandra. RH

The poem is great fun, but I enjoyed the detailed information even more. Just the info about reindeer is enough to make a little book. Maybe you could find an illustrator, or enough free to use photos to use in a book. Make it easy to read, and I think you have a winner.

I do have a couple of suggestions for your opening poem. In the second line, "The Reindeer lives in Arctic parts of Earth, where it's so cold." I would delete "of Earth" and change "where it's so cold" to "where it is so very cold." Then in the last two lines, "they'll use their sense of smell which can reveal it through the snow." I would change it to "they'll use their sense of smell which reveal's it through the snow."
Look at it and see what you think. I'm not a poet, but these small changes seemed to smooth out the rhythm.
Another great story. Keep up the good work.

I would take out nice, you already have tasty. Now scientists are looking into the theory of Rudolph... (Comma not period) to find out whether there is truth behind the story, but so far... Or reword it to your liking obviously. You're missing commas in places I would say it aloud and you will notice. - Another interesting fact is how their hooves expand... Where as in the winter... Don't start paragraph with those. - (animals with solid antlers) what is lichen? This would be a fun fact book for kids, but I would lower the reader age to 6. My son is 5, and I read him animal books much more advanced. With revisions this could be excellent.

Hi Vanna, thank you for this thorough review. I really appreciate the time you took. I'll go through your edits now. Lichen is a type of moss. Its name is actually Reindeer lichen.
Thank you for the age advice, too. I wasn't sure what age to start this at. I think I'll leave the closing age bare, as I think all ages could probably learn something from this. :) Have a nice day. Sandra xx
